Outback Steakhouse Father’s Day Menu 2026 — Available June 17–21
Outback Steakhouse has launched a special Father’s Day menu available June 17–21, 2026. All three dishes are brand new and feature Cowboy Butter — a house-made herb-infused compound butter making its debut this Father’s Day. This guide covers every dish, the gift card deal, ordering options and everything you need to know.
The 3 New Father’s Day Dishes
Every item on the Father’s Day menu is exclusive to June 17–21. Here is what’s available:
20oz Bone-In Ribeye with Cowboy Butter
Outback’s biggest-ever cut — a 20oz bone-in ribeye chargrilled to order and finished with house-made Cowboy Butter. Served with a steakhouse potato and one side. The headline dish of the Father’s Day menu.
15oz Delmonico Ribeye & Lobster Combo
A thick-cut chargrilled 15oz Delmonico Ribeye paired with a steamed lobster tail. Outback’s premium surf-and-turf Father’s Day option — two proteins, one plate.
Backyard BBQ Combos — 3 Variations
Center-Cut Sirloin topped with Cowboy Butter, paired with your choice of three BBQ additions. Best-value option on the Father’s Day menu with three pairing choices.

What is Cowboy Butter?
Cowboy Butter is Outback’s new house-made compound butter, introduced exclusively for the 2026 Father’s Day menu. It is a savory, herb-infused butter that melts over the hot steak at the table — adding richness and a bold herby finish on top of the chargrilled flavor.
It appears on both the 20oz Bone-In Ribeye and all three Backyard BBQ Combo sirloin options, making it the signature taste of the entire Father’s Day menu. Outback describes it as giving a “savory kick you won’t find anywhere else.”

🥩 Our Verdict — Is It Worth Visiting?
Yes — especially for the 20oz Bone-In Ribeye. It is the largest cut Outback has ever offered and the Cowboy Butter addition makes it genuinely different from anything on the standard menu. If you’re a steak fan this is worth planning around.
The Delmonico & Lobster Combo is the most special-occasion option. Surf-and-turf at a steakhouse price point is always strong value compared to a dedicated seafood restaurant.
The Backyard BBQ Combos are the best value and most flexible — three add-on choices mean everyone can customise while sharing the same experience.
Bottom line: Book for June 17–21, use the $50 gift card deal before June 21, and book a table ahead of time if you’re going the opening weekend.
